It's an exciting time for Marvel fans.
As the MCU continues to roll out films for Phase 5 — including Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, The Marvels and Thunderbolts — there are also several new TV shows coming to Disney+.
During Disney+ Day on Nov. 12, 2021, a handful of big Marvel TV shows were given the official greenlight, and at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2022, Marvel Studios shared even more news about upcoming projects.
Upcoming titles range from the previously teased WandaVision spinoff starring Kathryn Hahn's Agatha Harkness to a revival of the animated X-Men series from the '90s.

Secret Invasion
Starring Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn as the Skrull Talos, the series will center on the shape-shifting Skrulls "who have been infiltrating Earth for years." Several other actors are slated to appear in the series, including Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman and Kingsley Ben-Adir.

Loki, season 2
The show's second season was announced during the season 1 finale. Filming for the upcoming season kicked off in June 2022, with Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw slated to reprise their roles.

Echo
The series, which will drop all its episodes on Disney+ at once, will star Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez, who previously appeared on Hawkeye. Other cast members include Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Cody Lightning, Graham Greene, Zahn McClarnon, Vincent D'Onofrio and Charlie Cox.

X-MEN '97
Marvel is bringing back its animated X-Men series as it "explores new stories in the iconic '90s timeline of the original." The new series, which has already been renewed for a second season, will include Magneto, Rogue, Beast, Gambit, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Storm, Jubilee and Cyclops.

Ironheart
Starring Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, the series centers on a young inventor who creates a suit of armor as advanced as Iron Man's. Riri previously made her MCU debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Several stars have joined the cast, including Lyric Ross as Riri's best friend and Anthony Ramos, who is rumored to be playing Parker Robbins/The Hood. Additionally, Jim Rash is set to reprise his role as the Dean of MIT from Captain America: Civil War.
Release date: Fall 2023
Agatha: Coven of Chaos
The WandaVision spinoff, previously titled Agatha: House of Harkness, will star Kathryn Hahn as the villainous Agatha. Joe Locke, Aubrey Plaza, Sasheer Zamata and Patti LuPone are among others slated to appear.

Daredevil: Born Again
During Sang Diego Comic-Con, it was announced that Charlie Cox would be reprising his role as Daredevil for a new Disney+ series titled Daredevil: Born Again. The show will consist of 18 episodes.
Release date: Spring 2024
Spider-Man: Freshman Year
The animated show will follow Peter Parker's journey to becoming Spider-Man in the MCU. Deadline also reported that "the series takes place before the character's introduction in the current MCU in Captain America: Civil War."

What If…?, season 2
Following its season one debut in August 2021, What If...? will return with a new set of heroes and even more new worlds in the Multiverse.

Marvel Zombies
The animated show will "reimagine the Marvel Universe as a new generation of heroes battle against an ever-spreading zombie scourge." During the San Diego Comic-Con panel, it was revealed that the show will feature zombie versions of Ghost, Abomination, Captain Marvel, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Okoye and Captain America as well as heroes Jimmy Woo, Kate Bishop, Yelena, Shang Chi, and Ms Marvel.

Untitled Black Pather Spinoff
In 2021, it was reported that Danai Gurira would reprise her Black Panther role, Okoye, in a spinoff series for Disney+ by The Hollywood Reporter. During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in January 2023, the actress teased the reports were true as she was asked about the potential series. "I have been told that I can gently allude to this possibility," she told the host.

Vision Quest
In October 2022, Deadline reported that a second WandaVision spinoff series focusing on Paul Bettany's Vision was in the works. The outlet reported that the show, titled Vision Quest, would be about Vision (Bettany) "trying to regain his memory and humanity." Deadline also reported that Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) could make an appearance on the show.
